this is an annual event - we'll need access to the screen, Mic/podium, computer hookup, seating in auditorium and upper balconies - usually have 200-300 people attend the meeting. Lobby set up includes 2-12' tables, 6 chairs, lights on, doors open at 6 PM.

Need tables & chairs set-up (leave same setup as Thurs. Boosters). If it rains, the yearbook signing and pick-up will be moved to the HS Science Neighborhood in the HS. Thanks.

Football is leaving for their scrimmage at 8AM--will need in building at 7AM. Commons doors open, back door by training open, lights on in lockerroom, etc. Volleyball scrimmage at 9 AM in HS gym--restrooms in Commons open, lights in Commons on, gym lights on, PE lockerrooms open, girls team room open, lights on in the hallways. Ellen should forward chair set up. Soccer--using Tomahawk Stadium and upper fields starting at 10 AM. A set of wheeled goals needs to be in the stadium and a set of wheeled goals needs to be on the upper fields. Restrooms and team rooms in the stadium need to be open, press box open, flags on the field, all team benches moved to the visitor side. If the soccer lines in the stadium and upper field could be repainted before Saturday, that would be great. We play at 10, 11 and noon – done by 2PM and start back up at 4:30, 6:00 and 7:30 (scoreboard needed for the afternoon/evening session not the morning session). We'll need access to the Commons building the whole day. I have some bags of sand hopefully in the equipment shed – can one of your guys pick up four more before Saturday so we have weights on both sets of goals? Let me know.
